藤の花の季節は終わりましたが、
今はゴルフ場に向かう最後のホームストレッチ
両側に植えられた「なんじゃもんじゃ」の並木
が満開となっており、その間をツバメが飛び回っています。

「なんじゃもんじゃ」と呼ばれる植物は
いくつかあるそうですが、当コースのものは
「一ッ葉たご」というモクセイ科の植物です。
 
一つ一つは小さな花ですが、一斉に咲き誇り、
それが並木となっている景観はかなり壮観です。

 
唐突ですが、左は当コースレストランの担担麺の写真です。
 
「担担麺がとても美味しかったから」
 
という理由で当コースのメンバーになられた方が先日いらっしゃったほど、来場されましたお客様にはご満足を頂いています一品です。

ただ、辛さを調整できませんので、辛い物が
苦手という方は、同伴の方に担担麺を薦めて頂いた
上で、それをお一口ご賞味ください。

一口に担々麺と言ってもいろんなバリエーションが
あると思いますが、当コースの担々麺はかなり
本格的なタイプだと思います。
 
私も賄いで、美味しく頂いています。

The wisteria season is over, but now we are on
the final home stretch to the golf course,
where the rows of “Snow-flower-Fringe trees”
planted on both sides are in full bloom,
with swallows flying between them.
 
There are several plants called “”Snow-flower-Fringe tree
(nanjamonja),” but the one on this course is a plant
of the Oleaceae family called “hitotsuba tago.”
 
Each flower is small, but when they bloom all at once,
the view of the rows of trees is quite spectacular.
 

 
This may seem a bit sudden, but ↓is a photo of
the dandan noodles served at our course restaurant.
 
“the dandan noodles were so delicious.”
 
This dish is so satisfying to our guests that
we had a customer recently who became a member
of our course.

There are many variations of dandan noodles,
but I think the dandan noodles in this course are
quite authentic.
 
I also enjoy them as a meal.
