勝手な判断になっているかもしれませんが、
実際にネットのクチコミ意見などは拾い集め、
社長以下で改善点はないか、
あればどうするのかを協議しています。
大体が、社長はクチコミを見るのが大好きで、
それを元に各部署の担当者にいろいろ指示をしています。
メンバー様以外の方々には申し訳ないのですが、
メンバー様とメンバー様が絡む予約の場合は、
当日キャンセルであってもキャンセル料を頂いていないのは、
メンバーの方々から要望があり、
それを受けたためです。
当コースはメンバー様を含めた来場者の方々の意見を集め、
それを反映することにより、
よりよいゴルフ場にしていきたいと
ずっと考えてきました。
これからもそのスタンスに変わりはありません。
現在実施中のアンケートもその一環です。

Recently, someone gave a 5-star rating to a review on Rakuten saying that it was “much better than the (other) reviews.”
However, even earlier there were reviews that gave it 1 star saying things like “We want our money back” and “There are legal issues.”
Read all the reviews this person has written and you’ll see you don’t need to worry about it. That guy is an actor.
I see, he’s the manager of another course, so he’s posting bad things about the course next door. He’s a very career-hungry guy. But the average rating for Sunbell is neither good nor bad.
Most of the ratings for “long distance” are 3 stars or 2 stars, which is where the rating is lowered.
But Sunbell is long. There aren’t many courses over 7,000 yards.
At Sunbell they can play from either the white or blue tees, whichever you prefer, so I think they’ll probably play from the white tees which are shorter and rate it 2 or 3 stars.
Do they only rate the parts they used, rather than the whole setup?
Well, I think it’s a problem with the settings on the review site.
This may seem like an arbitrary decision, but we actually collect online reviews and opinions and discuss with the president whether there are any areas to improve the course management and, if so, what to do about it.
Generally speaking, the president loves to read reviews and gives various instructions to the people in charge of each department based on them.
We apologize to those who are not members, but for reservations made by members, we do not charge a cancellation fee even if the reservation is cancelled on the day of the event. This is because our members requested this and we agreed to it.
We have always tried to make our course a better golf course by gathering feedback from visitors, including our members, and incorporating that feedback.
This stance will remain unchanged.
The survey currently being conducted is part of this effort.
