仕事柄、クチコミを読むのはゴルフ関係だけですが、
サンベルのクチコミも読みますし、
他のコースのクチコミも読みます。
 
仕事としては大変参考になるのですが
「あれあれ？」ということも
見つけてしまうことがあります。
 
高い評価をする人は他のコースも評価は高め傾向
基本的にゴルフが大好きな方々に多いと思います。
ゴルフ場としては大事にしていきたい方々です。
 
ただ、高評価をしてもらって
鼻高々というわけにもいきません。
嬉しいですけどね。
 
低い評価をする人は他のコースも評価は低め傾向
上とは逆のパターンです。
あまり気にしすぎない方がよい意見も
中にはあるような気がします。
 
「確かに」と思えるような的確な指摘と
コース・項目によって★の数が上下
「本当にしっかり評価してくれているな」
という感じがします。
 
そのため、耳の痛い意見でも、
改善につなげていくよう心がけています。
本当にありがたい評価です。
 
★3ばかりで短文評価
評価を行うといよりも
クチコミをすること自体が目的かしら？
という印象を受けます。
 
クチコミをする先がほぼ1コースのみ
これはちょっとびっくりします。
クチコミをされる方はいろんなコースのクチコミを
というケースがほとんどですので、かなり異例です。
 
「3時間半かかった」とか書かれているのに
とりあえず★5は毎回確定です。
 
書くコメントも毎回似通っていて、
律儀に必ず月一とかコンスタントに書き込まれます。
 
その結果、GORA様ですと半年平均で点数が出ますので、
クチコミ数の少ないコースでは
平均が★5に近い評価となります。
 
多いところでもコンスタントに書き込みが続くと
その分、★平均は上がっていきます。
 
そういう方がまれに他のコースを評価する場合は、
必ずその近隣コースが対象となり、
その際は★1などの低評価で、
 
「金を返せと言いたい。」だとか
「今のままでは、法律上問題の可能性もあるぞ。」
と恐ろしいようなことを書き込まれる場合もあります。
 
「そこまでやる奴いねえだろ？」
と思うでしょうけど、いるんですよねえ。
そこで相当スコアが悪かったんでしょうか？

The fun of reviews
Due to the nature of my job, I only read reviews related to golf,
but I also read reviews about Sunbell,
and about other courses as well.
 
It’s very helpful for work, but sometimes I find posts that make me go “Huh?”
 
People who give this course a high rating also tend to give other courses high ratings
I think most of them are people who basically love golf.
As a golf course, they are the kind of people we want to cherish.
 
However, I can’t really be proud of the high reviews.
I’m happy, though.
 
People who give low ratings also tend to give low ratings to other courses
This is the opposite pattern to the one above.
I feel like there are some people who post opinions that we shouldn’t worry too much about.
 
Accurate comments that make us think “That’s true” and the number of stars varies depending on the course and item.
I feel like they really do appreciate our works.
 
Therefore, even if some opinions are hard to hear, I always try to use them to make improvements.
I am truly grateful for this evaluation.
 
Only 3 stars and short reviews
I get the impression that the purpose is just to post something, rather than to rate it.
 
There is only one course to review
This is a bit surprising.
Most reviewers tend to write reviews for a variety of courses, so this is quite unusual.
 
Even if it says “It took 3 and a half hours,”
it still gets 5 stars every time.
 
The comments written are always similar, and are written consistently, at least once a month.
 
As a result, GORA calculates an average score based on reviews from the last six months, so for courses with a small number of reviews, the average will be closer to 5 stars.
 
Even for courses with a lot of posts, if such 5-star posts continue consistently, the average rating will rise accordingly.
 
When such people do occasionally rate other courses, they always rate nearby courses, and in that case they give a low rating of 1 star or similar.
 
Sometimes people post scary things like,
“I want my money back,” or,
“This is a legal problem.”
 
You might think, “No one would go that far,” but there are.
